Welcome to the wondrous world crafted by OPTIFLOW LUDUS LABS LTD. (that's "us" from here on out). We are a group of creators who love games and believe in their power to bring pure joy. Our reason for being is to provide you with a digital home, full of warmth and wonder, that you can always return to.

This document is what we call "Our Pact." It's more than just a legal text; it's the guiding principle for how we'll maintain this wonderful community together. It details the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for both of us when you enjoy all the games, websites, communities, and everything else we create (we'll call all of this "Our Services").

Before you embark on this fantastic journey, please take a moment, brew your favorite cup of tea or coffee, and read this pact carefully. This is very important. Think of it as the map and code of conduct for entering our magical world. You need to understand and agree to every part of it to continue using Our Services. Pay special attention to the parts we've highlighted in bold, as they concern your core rights.

Our Privacy Policy is the sister document to this pact. It explains how we protect your personal information like a treasured artifact. It's also part of Our Pact, and you'll need to read and agree to it as well.

If you feel uncomfortable with any part of this pact, or if the laws in your region don't permit you to agree to it, then we're sorry, but you must stop using all of Our Services immediately. When you download our game, create an account, or interact with Our Services in any way, it signifies that you confirm you are of legal age to make your own decisions (or that you have a guardian who has read and agreed to this with you), and you genuinely and wholeheartedly accept this "Our Pact."

We pour our heart and soul into Our Services and invite you to experience them. In return, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable limited license. This license allows you to enjoy Our Services for your personal entertainment.

Imagine it as a ticket to a fantastic theme park:

This Ticket is Just for You: This ticket belongs only to you. You can't sell, rent, or give it to anyone else.

For Fun, Not for Profit: You can have all the fun you want in the park, but you can't set up a stall, conduct business, or use the park's reputation to promote other things, unless we give you our written permission.

Respect the Park's Design: You can't try to dismantle the rides (like reverse-engineering our software), deface the park map (by removing our copyright or trademark notices), or sneak into "Employees Only" areas (by bypassing our security measures).

We strive to keep this park open 24/7, but sometimes, it needs maintenance, upgrades, or has to deal with unexpected events (like fixing a problem caused by a mischievous game sprite). Therefore, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or even permanently shut down parts or all of Our Services at any time, without being liable to you for doing so. We hope you understand that this is a dynamic, ever-growing world.

To leave your mark in our world, record your adventures, and store your collected treasures, you'll need to create an "Explorer's Account" (we'll just call it an "Account"). This Account is your home here, so please take good care of it.

Build Your Home with Honesty: When creating your Account, please provide true and accurate information. If your contact details change, remember to come back and update them so we can reach you if needed.

The Magical Age Threshold: Our world is designed for explorers who are mature enough to navigate it. You must be of the legal age in your region to enter into a binding agreement. If you haven't reached that age but are over 13 (or the minimum age required in your region), you must review this pact with a parent or legal guardian and get their permission to use Our Services under their supervision. By creating an Account, you are warranting to us that you meet this requirement. We trust your honesty, but if we find out otherwise, we will have to close your Account to protect everyone.

Keep Your House Keys Safe: Your Account password is like the key to your home. Keep it safe and don't share it with anyone. You are responsible for everything that happens in your home (your Account), including all purchases. If you notice a stranger has snuck into your home (your Account has been compromised), please contact our "Community Guards" (customer support team) immediately at [email protected].

Your Home is Non-Transferable: You built this home with your own hands, and it's filled with your memories. It is unique and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, rent, or gift your Account will result in the home being sealed forever.

The community we dream of is a place full of kindness, respect, mutual support, and warmth. To make this dream a reality, every resident needs to abide by our Community Covenant.

We believe in the golden rule: "Treat others as you would like to be treated."

Kindness is Your Passport: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, threats, or humiliation of any kind. Our community welcomes friends from all over the world, so any discriminatory or hateful speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic is strictly forbidden. Please maintain a sense of decency and refrain from using vulgar, obscene, or any language that might make other players uncomfortable.

Fairness is the Foundation: Please do not use any cheating software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage. It spoils the fun for everyone. If you discover a "secret passage" in the game (what we call a bug or exploit), please act like a true explorer and report it to us, rather than using it or telling others how to use it. Honesty will earn you respect. To reiterate, buying, selling, or trading accounts is strictly prohibited.

Safety is the Bottom Line: Do not use our platform to discuss or engage in any illegal activities. Do not upload or share any content that doesn't belong to you or that you don't have permission to use. Do not spread any viruses or malicious code that could harm Our Services, and do not attempt to attack our servers. Do not impersonate other people, especially our employees. Finally, do not share or ask for others' private information in public. Protect yourself and others.

As the guardians of this community, we reserve the right to decide what constitutes a violation of this covenant. For violators, we may take actions including, but not limited to, a warning, a temporary mute, or temporarily or permanently escorting you out of our world (banning your Account). We make these decisions with the well-being of the entire community as our highest priority.

What makes us proudest is seeing your creativity shine in our world. Whether it's a beautifully designed virtual home in one of our games or a guide you share on our forums, this is "User-Generated Content" (or UGC), your unique contribution to this world.

Your Promise: When you share your UGC, you promise us that: (a) it's your original work, or you have all the necessary permissions; (b) it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights, like copyright or privacy rights; (c) it fully complies with our Community Covenant; and (d) it doesn't contain anything harmful.

Our Mutual Understanding: To allow your light to be seen by more people, you need to grant us a license. When you post UGC, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to: (a) display, use, modify, translate, and distribute your UGC within Our Services, for example, by featuring your outstanding design in an in-game "hall of fame" or adjusting its size for different screens; and (b) use your UGC to promote Our Services, for instance, by sharing your stunning screenshot on our social media to show the world your talent. We won't pay you for this, but we will do our best to credit your name (your in-game ID) so you get the recognition you deserve.

In simple terms, your UGC is still yours, but you give us the right to use it so we can operate and grow this community. We are not obligated to review every piece of UGC, but we reserve the right to remove any content we deem inappropriate.

Your Valuable Suggestions: If you give us any suggestions or feedback, we are incredibly grateful! It means you agree that we can freely use these ideas to make our world better, without any compensation to you. It's your selfless contribution to the community.

In our games, you might acquire special "In-Game Treasures" (we call them "Virtual Items") through gameplay or by using real-world money. These treasures, like a magnificent outfit or a magical tool that speeds up your progress, exist to enhance your enjoyment.

The Nature of Treasures: Please understand that these treasures are a part of Our Services. You are acquiring a "license" to use them, not ownership of them. They are like express passes or souvenir pins at a theme park; they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We are the Stewards of this Magical World: As the creators of this world, we reserve the right to manage, adjust, or even remove any treasure. For example, to make the game more balanced, we might change the effect of a certain item. We make these changes for the overall health of the game, and we are not liable for doing so.

All Transactions are Final: Any payment you make to acquire these treasures is non-refundable, unless required by mandatory law. When you complete a payment, the magic takes effect immediately, the treasure appears in your inventory, and you can no longer cancel the transaction.

Accounts and Treasures are Linked: If your Account is closed for any reason, all the treasures within it (including those you paid for) will disappear with it. This is because they are part of the Account and cannot exist independently.

Our games, characters, stories, art, music, code, trademarks... all the elements that make up Our Services are the fruits of our labor and our valuable intellectual property. Other than the limited license for personal entertainment that we grant you, you do not acquire any ownership rights to this content. Please respect our work.

Our Services may contain "portals" that take you to other websites or services not operated by us (third-party links). We provide these portals for your convenience, but we cannot control the world on the other side. Therefore, any adventure you undertake through these portals is at your own risk. Be sure to check their "local customs" (terms and privacy policies).

Your Choice: You can choose to leave our world at any time. Simply stop using Our Services and you can delete your Account by following the in-game instructions. We will always welcome you back.

Our Decision: If you seriously violate Our Pact, especially the Community Covenant, we may have to suspend or permanently close your Account to protect other players and the peace of the community.

After You Leave: When the pact is terminated, you will lose access to your Account and all of its adventure logs and treasures. However, some parts of Our Pact, like intellectual property, UGC licenses, and liability limitations, will continue to be in effect.

We do our absolute best to provide you with a stable and fun service, but we cannot make perfect promises.

“As Is” Provided: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not offer warranties of any kind, express or implied. This means we do not guarantee that the services will meet your expectations 100%, that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all problems will be fixed.

Boundaries of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our team members will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Our Services. This includes loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, and more.

In any event, our total liability to you for all claims related to the services will not exceed the greater of: the total amount you have paid us for the relevant service in the six months prior to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100).

The laws in some places may not allow for these disclaimers or limitations of liability, so they may not fully apply to you.

If your actions (like violating this pact or your UGC infringing on someone else's rights) cause our company to face any claims or losses, you agree to step up to protect us, defend us, and reimburse us for all resulting costs (including reasonable attorney's fees).

We sincerely hope we never have a disagreement with you. But if one arises, we want to resolve it in a peaceful and efficient way.

Let's Talk First: Before taking any formal action, please contact us first at [email protected]. Give us a chance to try and resolve the issue through friendly negotiation within 60 days.

Seeking a Neutral Referee (Arbitration): If we can't reach an agreement after talking for 60 days, we both agree to submit the dispute to a neutral arbitrator for resolution, instead of going to court. This is usually faster and more efficient. The arbitration will be individual and personal.

We Agree to Not Form a Party: To keep things simple, we both agree that any dispute must be brought in our individual capacities, not as part of any class action or collective arbitration. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action.

Exceptions: For certain urgent situations, like the theft of our intellectual property, either of us has the right to go directly to court to seek an injunction. Also, if your claim is small enough, you can choose to take it to a small claims court.

The Right to Choose: You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using Our Services by emailing us and stating that you wish to do so. If you opt out, we will resolve disputes in court.

Guiding Law: Our Pact will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OPTIFLOW LUDUS LABS LTD. is registered.

This is the Whole Pact: This document (including the Privacy Policy) is the entire agreement between us regarding Our Services.

One Bad Apple Doesn't Spoil the Bunch: If one part of this pact is found to be invalid, the other parts will remain in effect.

We Can't Transfer Your Rights: You can't transfer your rights under this pact to anyone else without our permission. But we can.

Headings are Just for Navigation: The headings in this document have no legal effect.
