GETTING STARTED
Are your games free to play?
Yes! All of our games are free to
download and play. We offer optional
in-app purchases for cosmetic items or
to speed things up, but they are never
required to fully enjoy the game.
How is my game progress saved?
Your progress is automatically saved to
the cloud as long as you're connected to
the internet. For extra security, we
highly recommend linking your game to a
Google Play or Apple Game Center account
to ensure you never lose it, even if you
change devices.
How do I get more "Starlight Shards" in
Starlight Meadows?
Starlight Shards appear mostly at night,
so be sure to take a stroll after dusk!
You can also earn them as rewards for
completing villager requests and
participating in our fun seasonal
events.

ACCOUNT ISSUES
My game is crashing or freezing. What
should I do?
Please first try restarting your device
completely and ensure your game is
updated to the latest version from the
app store. If the issue persists, use
the "Contact Us" button in the Settings
menu and let us know your device model.
We'll look into it!
My in-app purchase didn't show up.
Sometimes there can be a small delay in
processing. Please try fully closing and
restarting the game. If your items still
haven't appeared, contact our support
team with a screenshot of your purchase
receipt, and we will be happy to assist
you.
I lost my account. Can it be recovered?
Don't worry! If you previously linked
your account to a service like Google or
Apple, you should be able to recover it
easily. If not, please contact our
support with as much information as you
can remember (Player ID, level, etc.),
and we'll do our very best to help.
